Header Buttons

• Main Index: Return to the Main page of Data Services.
• Charge Conf, End of Year, and Lay Servants are sub-indexes.
• Edit: Edit the viewed report.
• Save: Saves changes to a report.
• Preview: Preview a report before printing.
• Print: Print the report currently being previewed.
• Logout: It is important to log out when you are finished.

Navigating The Reports
The Main button returns you to the primary menu and page for Data Services. There are other menus for Clergy, Charge Conference, End of Year Reports, etc.

Dialog Boxes

Pressing a button may cause a dialog box with a message (prompt) to be displayed. The log-out button will ask if you really want to log out and give you a chance to change your mind.

Main Page Navigation

On your main page if you are assigned to multiple churches you have a drop-down menu next to "Account". Click on this dowp-drown will allow you to choose a church and fill out their proper forms. 

Charge Conference New Report Navigation

Once on the main page of the Charge Conference right underneath "Create a new Report" there will be a drop-down box. Click on the inside of the box and you will be able to see all of the new forms you can fill out. Select which form you need to complete, which will open up a new blank form. Once you have saved a form it will be displayed in the table on the Charge Conference main page where it can be edited or deleted.
