If you don't know your password please click the blue 'Account Assistance' button and proceed as explained. You will be sent an email to reset your password. You must use the email address you use as your username when requesting a reset.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

The site offers 2FA. Please use this option to improve the security of your account and data.

Create a Lay Account
Lay accounts can be created to complete the Lay Servant/Speaker Report. Click the 'Account Assistance' button and proceed as explained.

Issues
If you get the message "Invalid username and/or password." double-check that you have entered the correct values. Then please use the 'Account Assistance' button to reset your password.

Please check to see if you have an updated web browser. Chrome and Firefox have been effective alternatives when users experience issues.

If you are experiencing difficulties your browser settings may need to be reset to their default settings. Typically these settings can be found under Tools / Options.

Security
Data Services uses javascript and session cookies. These are used to manage security and ensure that users have appropriate access to reports and data. If either is blocked or disabled the site will not function properly, and access will be restricted. Cookies in this system are used only for managing security and permissions.
