Two Factor Authentication Code (2FA) does not work

If the code is not working for you please note that every time you log in a new code is generated.

When you are at the page that is asking for the code you must leave it open while you are retrieving the code from your email. Do not close the page asking for the code.

If you close the code page, retrieve the code, and then login again you will end up in a loop because you will have been sent a new code. Only the most recent code is valid.
