User Profile Types

There are 2 types of profiles.

Lay

Lay accounts are based on email addresses. Users can use the blue 'Password Assistance' button to reset their password as necessary.

Churches can grant permissions to Laypersons enabling them to complete Charge Conference, End of Year, and other reports. If you don't see options that you expect please contact your clergy person or authorized church user to have your permissions updated.

Lay can also create their own accounts to complete the Lay Servants Reports.

Clergy

Clergy accounts based upon their ngumc.net email. No other email address (i.e. gmail, comcast, outlook, etc) can be associated with a clergy profile. Users can use the blue 'Password Assistance' button to reset their password as necessary.
