There are two views. A Person View and a Position View.
• The Person View is used to update a person's information and leadership positions.
• The Position View is a quick way to view leadership positions and make new entries.
Lay Members (Delegates) for Annual Conference
• Allotments are for the charge and are based upon the number of appointed qualifying clergy members as of July 1. If you have questions about this number please contact your district office.
• Lay Members may only be added for the current allotment year and until the Allotment is reached for the charge. Once the Allotment is reached incorrect assignments must be deleted before new ones can be added.
• Multiple churches on the same charge need to decide how to distribute the allotment. The report includes all Lay Members from the Charge.
Filtering Records
• Each column may be filtered in a header row, additional options are available using the filter icon.
• Filters on the Person View: All: lists all people except those who have been archived. Active: lists people with current or future positions. Archived, lists people who have been archived by a church.
To Add People on the Person View
• Please do not add someone who is already listed in the grid. If you don't see someone listed you may want to check the Archived list before entering them.
• Click New in the upper left corner of the main grid, enter the appropriate data, and click Update.
To Delete People on the Person View
• Only people that are new and/or have no other associated data can be deleted. Most will not have a delete option.
• Click Delete to the left of the person to be deleted, and then confirm.
View a Person's Position History on the Person View
• Click the arrow in the left column of the grid or just click on the row. A detailed grid will appear listing the person's full address and position history.
To Add an Assigned Position
• A position record is required for each year a person serves in a position.
• Click New in the upper left column of the position history grid, enter the position and date, and click Update.
• Lay Members may only be added for the upcoming year, based on the charge allotment.
To Update an Assigned Position
• Positions may only be added or deleted.
To Delete an Assigned Position
• Please do not delete historical records. Deletion is made available for removing incorrect information.
• Click Delete to the left of the position to be deleted and then confirm.
Contact Information
• Email Addresses and phone numbers are required for all leaders.
• Mailing addresses are requested for all SPRC members.
• Mailing addresses are recommended for all other positions.
Print
• Select a year to print.
• Leadership: generates the Lay Leadership - Nominations report.
• Lay Members: generates the Lay Members (Delegates to Annual Conference) report.
